om oss

Our business

Our practice covers most areas of business law, but we do specialise in certain fields.

Corporate law

Corporate law forms a common basis for several of our other specialist areas, but is also a specialist area in
its own right, covering the legal aspects of shareholders' meetings, the work of the board of directors, use and liability.

Capital markets

Our capital markets lawyers work broadly with all capital market participants, issuers and banks as well as stock exchanges. In addition to share issues and other transactions, our work involves insider trading concerns, corporate governance, information requirements
and licensing.

Mergers and acquisitions

Westermark Anjou places great importance on its M&A practice, including investments. We represent buyers and sellers in all business segments in negotiated as well as structured transactions.

Dispute resolution

Dispute resolution is one of our fastest growing
practice areas. Our lawyers regularly negotiate on
behalf of clients and act for them in litigation and
arbitral proceedings.

IPR and IT law

Our IPR lawyers practise traditional copyright and trademark law as well as IPR issues related to IT agreements. We advise on IPR transactions, licence strategies and publishing and artist agreements.
We also regularly advise clients on market and
consumer law.

Our lawyers advise on formulation of marketing strategies or in relation to specific campaigns and act for clients before the Market Court.

Corporate commercial

Our corporate commercial lawyers assist clients by reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. We place great emphasis on understanding commercial drivers and knowledge of the sector, combined with effective agreement technique and
in-depth knowledge of contract law and the law on sale
of goods.
